This class offers breastfeeding education and support that goes well beyond the early days of breastfeeding. We talk about how the breast makes milk, baby feeding cues, practice BF positions, hurdles during breastfeeding and as well as pumping, storing.

Brith Preparation Class
A complete childbirth class designed specifically for families looking to have a home or birth center birth. You’ll learn everything yo need to know to maximize your body’s inner wisdom and help you have your best possible birth.
3rd Week of the month
Cost: $ 200 for non HBC clients
Cloth Diaper Workshop
We discuss benefits of using cloth diapers, washing your own and using a diaper service. We discuss and review different cloth diaper products and how to use each. We will help you come up with a system to match your budget. It’s a great workshop to help you wade through your options.
2nd Saturday of the month

La Leche League
La Leche League group is to help mothers to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and the mother. Pregnant persons are also welcome.
